Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days to return a product if you are not satisfied, with a full refund of the amount paid.

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers resident in the European Union benefit from the rights granted by the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. SUPERADS INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED voluntarily extends this period to 30 days for all customers, anywhere we ship.

2. How to request a refund

To start the return process, contact us within 30 days of delivery by writing to info@gbyteit.com. Please include:

• Order number (you'll find it in the confirmation)
• Product to return
• Reason for return (optional but helpful for improving our service)
• IBAN for the refund

We will send you the detailed return instructions within 24 hours.

3. Product condition

The product must be returned:

• in its original packaging
• complete with all accessories (batteries, charger, manual, etc.)
• in undamaged condition

Normal signs of inspection are accepted: the right of withdrawal allows you to "examine" the item as you would in a physical store.

4. Return shipping costs

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in the following cases where SUPERADS INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED also covers the return shipping costs:

• Defective product upon receipt
• Product not matching the order (shipping error)
• Product damaged during transport

5. Refund timeline

The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the customer. The refund covers the full amount paid, excluding any return shipping costs borne by the customer.

6. Defective product

In case of a defective or non-conforming product, you have the right — at your choice — to:

• Free replacement with an identical working product
• Full refund of the amount paid

For EU consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity covers the products for 2 years from delivery, as set out in Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the sale of goods.

7. Items not eligible for return

By law, certain products are not covered by the right of withdrawal (e.g. personalized items, sealed for hygiene reasons once opened, software/digital content unsealed). These cases do not apply to most of our products, but they will be flagged explicitly in the product page if relevant.

8. Simplified procedure

1. Email info@gbyteit.com within 30 days
2. Receive return instructions
3. Send the product to our warehouse
4. We receive the package and verify its condition
5. We process the refund within 14 days
