These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales contracts concluded through the website gbyteit.com between SUPERADS INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (the Seller) and customers (Buyers). Submitting an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. Identity of the Seller

2. Products and prices

Prices on the website are in Euro and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price applied is the one displayed at the moment the order is submitted.

3. Order process

The Buyer places an order by completing the form on the website. The order is confirmed by phone within 24 working hours by one of our operators. Phone confirmation is an integral part of the purchase process.

4. Payment — Cash On Delivery

Payment is made in cash upon delivery of the product (COD). The Buyer pays the courier directly the full order amount when the package is received. No advance payment is required.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within 24-48 working hours after telephone confirmation of the order. Shipping is free across all served European countries. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure events.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers resident in the European Union benefit from the rights granted by the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product, without giving any reason. SUPERADS INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED voluntarily extends this period to 30 days for all customers. To exercise the right of withdrawal, write to info@gbyteit.com. 7. Legal warranty of conformity

Products sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the sale of goods, as implemented by the consumer's country of habitual residence. The guarantee covers lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SUPERADS INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products, modifications made by the Buyer, or failure to follow the instructions for use. The Seller's liability is in any case limited to the order amount. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the mandatory rights granted to consumers by the law of their country of habitual residence.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of consumer protection of the consumer's country of habitual residence pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008 ("Rome I"). For non-consumer disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction is the courts of Hong Kong SAR. Consumers resident in the EU retain the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts of their country of habitual residence.

10. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers resident in the European Union may access the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We will engage in good faith with any complaint received through that channel.
